Visiting Hours & Tour Process? JYUN JIE GUAN is open for visits from 09:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30.

Visits are conducted by appointment only on a one-on-one basis. Same-day appointments are not accepted. Each tour lasts approximately 20 to 60 minutes.

To assess eligibility for residency, the prospective resident must be present during the visit. Tour Process:

After your tour, if you find our environment meets your expectations, you're welcome to schedule a trial stay. There are no restrictions on age, number of guests, or number of stays—feel free to experience life here at your own pace.

Check-in time: After 3:00 PM

Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM Guests who book the departure-day lunch are eligible for a free late check-out.

Trial stay duration: From 1 night to 30 nights

Fee structure of JYUN JIE GUAN.

1. Rent:Calculated based on room size (in pings), number of residents, and length of stay.
2. Utilities:Each room is equipped with an individual water and electricity meter. Charges are based on actual usage, according to official Taiwan Water and Taipower bills.
3. Meal Plan:Meals are served as individual set menus. Residents may also order meals for family or guests.Fees are based on the number of meals ordered.Advance reservation is required. No monthly meal plan or mandatory meal fee.
4. Add-on Services:Additional services such as hairdressing, massage, scalp therapy, select activities, and medical escort services are charged based on actual usage.

At the time of signing, two copies of the contract will be prepared, with both the deposit amount and monthly rent clearly stated in the agreement. The contract becomes effective immediately after both parties sign the physical agreement and the deposit is paid in full.

The security deposit is managed through a dedicated account and must be paid in full at the time of signing. Installment payments are not accepted. A payment receipt will be issued upon settlement, and the full deposit will be refunded when the lease ends, provided there are no outstanding balances or damages.

Companions are welcome to stay together at Junjie Residence. Each accompanying guest will be counted as an individual resident, and the bed configuration (single or double bed) can be adjusted according to your needs.

(To ensure the quality of living, it is recommended that rooms of 12 or 15 ping accommodate no more than 2 residents, and rooms of 22 ping accommodate up to 3 residents.)

If you prefer to maintain your own private space, we will do our best to arrange a nearby room for your companion, depending on room availability—making them your closest neighbor.

Furniture in all rooms at JYUN JIE GUAN is fully equipped (air conditioning, television, bed set, bedding, refrigerator, induction stove, dish dryer, etc.).

The common area is equipped with washing machines and dryers. You may also request additional installations on your room's balcony for an extra fee (each room has a balcony).

We do not provide medications, toiletries, cleaning products, laundry supplies, clothing, or other personal hygiene or consumable items.

The hotel is conveniently located near Little North Department Store, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, and Carrefour. We also offer package collection services for online shopping. It is recommended to assess your basic living needs and purchase any additional items after check-in, based on your requirements.

JYUN JIE GUAN provides advance luggage storage service for our guests. Please note that oversized items (such as furniture) and valuable belongings cannot be accepted for storage.

JYUN JIE GUAN uses a keycard access control system, allowing residents to enter and exit freely without the need for mandatory registration or leave requests. However, we recommend notifying the front desk when leaving for extended periods to help ensure your safety.

Our hotel-style management team actively cares about residents' wellbeing. If you haven't registered your departure and have not been seen for a prolonged time, our staff may reach out via phone or LINE to check in on you.

Each room is equipped with a motion detection system. Residents can customize the alert time if no activity is detected within the room. (The motion sensor uses infrared technology and does not compromise privacy.)

JYUN JIE GUAN encourages residents to enjoy a vibrant social life. However, for safety reasons, we recommend registering your guests at the front desk in advance to prevent any inconvenience or entry restrictions.

In addition to private rooms, the building offers a variety of social spaces such as communal lounges and private meeting rooms to suit different interaction needs.

As elevator access to guest room floors is restricted to cardholders , visitors must meet the resident in the 1st floor lobby before proceeding upstairs together.

If a guest requires an overnight stay, please contact the front desk in advance to reserve a room.

Paid parking is available on B1 and B2 levels of Chun Kit Hall, operated in collaboration with Taiwan United Parking –Tainan Dade Lot.Please note that no dedicated parking spaces are reserved for residents

JYUN JIE GUAN is located in the heart of Tainan City, within walking distance to pharmacies and clinics specializing in dermatology, dentistry, and otolaryngology. It is also close toChi Mei Shulin BranchandKuo General Hospital。

For rehabilitation needs, residents can consult thenearby Movement Fitness Health or或Hua Guo Clinicto the building for professional assistance.

Additionally, our health managers offer convenient services such as accompanying residents to medical appointments, medication pick-up, and medication education.

JYUN JIE GUAN will assist in referring residents to more suitable facilities if needed, and the security deposit will be fully refunded.

If your health condition changes and our health manager determines that your safety can no longer be ensured within the facility, we will initiate open communication with you and your family at least one month in advance.
